Access to services is conditional on agreeing to these terms and on completing any agreed scope or payment arrangements. Coinslot reserves the right to decline service to any party at its discretion.

Each service engagement has a defined scope. Using deliverables outside that scope, or representing Coinslot's work as your own to third parties in misleading ways, is not permitted.

2.1 No account required

This website does not require account creation to browse or use the contact form. Service engagements are handled by direct agreement, not through an account system.

2.2 Communication accuracy

When contacting us, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your project. Misrepresentation may result in termination of any ongoing engagement without refund.

2.3 Engagement termination

Either party may end a service engagement before completion. Terms related to work already delivered and payment for completed portions will be set out in the specific agreement for each engagement.

3.1 Website availability

We aim to keep the website accessible, but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

3.2 Service modifications

Coinslot may update, add, or discontinue services at any time. Changes do not affect engagements already agreed and in progress.

3.3 Geographic availability

Coinslot works with clients internationally. Services are offered in English. No geographic restrictions apply to website access.

4.1 Website content

All text, design, and code on this website is owned by Coinslot unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce it without permission.

4.2 Deliverables ownership

All deliverables produced during a service engagement — briefs, builds, documents — are owned by the client upon completion and full payment. Coinslot retains no ongoing rights to client project material.

4.3 Portfolio use

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Coinslot may reference completed engagements in general terms (e.g. project count, service type) without disclosing client identity or reproducing deliverables.
